lol. You can get triple the numbers you showed in the post. Follow These steps:
1. Open Ahrefs
2. Domain Overview
3. Control Shift and I (Inspect Element)
4. Click the cursor
5. Hover onto the area you want changed
6. Enter whatever number you like
7. Close the Inspect Element
8. Take a screenshot and post it on BHW. Hurray!

It really depends on so many factors... but in competitive niches there is no chance to rank with at least some quality backlinks. Of course, links are just one of many ranking factors, but it is a big one, so it is very hard to rank specific keywords without building links around them.
This doesn't mean that content itself isn't a powerful way to get traffic, but links are important for so many things (ranking, indexation, etc) that it is really naive to think that a SEO project won't need (at least some of) them.

What SEO methods forces Google to index a page faster?
SEO methods i have mentioned,
1. content is the king , unique and quality is very important
2. speed of the site is also very important to be ranked on Google
3. fully mobile compatibility
4. on page SEO with unique text and keywords
5. solve any issue in Google webmaster tools panel
6. fresh content and avoid duplication or stolen content
if you followed those methods then sure it will be indexed fast

If the person you're talking about is selling a course on how to do it, I don't think he is making people pay 600$ and then sell a pdf telling them to find a very low competition niche, find long tail keywords, and write very long content. That's stealing.
He is using for sure some black hat seo.

Wouldnt a PBN still show up as having backlinks though? Essentially creating a network of high PR sites linking back to money site, thus showing backlink profile?

I recently read that this is a terrible idea. In the eyes of google, why would a legit site block robots? Better to blend in. I am new to this so I am just trying to learn. Thank you

I gonna learning his method at this weekend. In case it's a shit, i will reveal it for nothing.
But if it's really value and a unique method, i think public 100% percent is not a good idea. Cause maybe google with fix it if too much SEOer know about it. But i will release some key phrase for BHW community.
