Honestly, it's going to be pretty hard to rank on the first page of Google without at least some backlinks, depending on your niche.

I second this. A well hidden pbn can be very powerful and very difficult to find.
You need backlinks to rank nowadays. Unless it's a zero competition keyword and you've got a huge long form piece of content on an aged site. That's my experience of it anyways.

1500 kw x 100 = 150,000 bit more than the 126k but some could be lower or higher search numbers.
That's the thing see depending on the site going for long term and exact match (just because ahrefs or any other tool) says there is no search traffic or very little in number does not mean people are not looking for it and can be more profitable than trying to hit the main niche k.w!

4. on page SEO with unique text and keywords
5. solve any issue in Google webmaster tools panel

How do you make sure pages are indexed? I thought Google does so at their own time. Is there a way to make it index faster?
Google does it as their own discretion , but if you follow SEO methods it will be indexed fast
