Seo with some backlinks ?

The niche and keywords that you chose matters. If you choose the less competitive niche with exact low competition keyword, you need to buy very few links to link back your site. Likewise for high competition.

Having your link on scamanalyze and scamadviser does help per my experience. I think they are good advantage sites as Google do trust them alot

Backlinks surrounded with text and placed on relevant websites work best. Google detects spammy links and you can get a penalty.
Guest blogging and social links are also good. Backlink profile should be diverse.
