SEO tools for foreign langages

Hi everyone,
I m doing mostly non english websites and i was wondering wich SEO tools you're using with those ?
I own Magic Submitter (just got it so never really tried) and Xgen SEO and it seems they're very english related.
Maybe Scrapebox is more appropriate for foreign langages websites ?
Or is there another tool or strategy you can recommand for link building ?

Dosent matter if the link if from a outside country it will count.

For foreign link building the ones that i use is: Magic subimitter,Scrapebo.
