Im thinking that youtube will rank your videos based on keywords in the Closed Captions.

I looked up a really good concept moved, yall should check it out its cool.

Around 9:05 the narrative mentions "high level electric" so i use that as my search term and lo and heold it pops up number 1 when searching high level electric movie.

Now the title is Code 8 - Short Film [2016]

So im wondering if you could make custom CC and keyword stuff to rank videos on YT
