SEO service needed

I have been working on my SEO campaign for 1 year. I hired the best SEO company in the USA, Oct-March of 2008-2009 (6 month contract). I have used services on this site.

Now you may ask wtf is the problem? Well I am still only on page 3-10 for my keywords I am needing on the first page of Google. I need someone to complete SEO services that will not get me banned from Google ext. (ie no Black Hat).

Looking for less than 10 keywords to be on first page. And as I said earlier this is not a beginner campaign. Anyone that can help pleae PM me. You must have good reputation on this site. THANK YOU!

If after all of that you are still on page 3-10 then either your target keyword is extraordinarily challenging, or you have a penalty, or the people you hired are not as good as they claim. I find it interesting you don't want any blackhat even though you posted this job on a blackhat forum. Besides not all blackhat techniques get you banned, I've used blackhat linkbuilding (automating) on mine and customer's sites and they are ranking well with no problem. Also if you look close enough many of the large successful sites online also used blackhat at one time or another.

I don't have a good reputation in this forum regarding SEO yet, however I pushed a website to be in the first page of Google to the top 8 keywords in its niche market.
