SEO service missing. Can anyone do it for me?

I've been reading this forum for years and there are lots of useful information.

But have you ever put yourself in the shoes of those who work and have an activity in your country and don't have time to read all this?
I explain in simple terms what I mean.

Is it possible that here on this forum there is no one who sells an SEO planning service? In a nutshell I see everyone selling SEO packages, Backlinks, PBNs, etc ...
but no one offers himself as a professional who gives detailed information on what to buy for the most inexperienced people. I, for example, need this service.
Having an activity started in my country and having no time to stay up to date it would be great for me to find a person who can plan an SEO strategy for me.
It would be perfect to find a professional where we study the niche together and then recommend the packages to buy and other work to do.

I think you are being a little short-sighted. Anyone who is good enough to be a pro SEO is going to do more than just give information out to newbies. There is also the fact that not everyone would trust someone like that and if they are so well- versed with it they'd sell their own services to these people who are in need of them. No one would be either that skilled and still have time or give up all his time to just help others out- or maybe the price of the service itself would be quite high.
You can understand basic SEO from a lot of posts and look for independent services that can do a single task brilliantly- there are these services here from niche selection to keyword research to setting up your websites and then to ranking them.
