SEO Requires New Site Hosting for ShoeNet.com

I need to find a host where I can host my http://shoenet.com site which will be FREE from copyright claims etc. This is a clone site for company who ripped off my son for over $6,000 US dollars. I want to ensure they pay for a long time and don't want to be bothered moving site around to keep them from shutting down website.

Would appreciate any advice on a "Cheap Web Host" for one site only which I can use without fear.
