SEO Recommendations - is my site ready for services?

I built my first site a couple months ago and added Adsense to it. All my content is auto with a high re-write %. So for the last couple of months I haven't really done anything with it, started on other ventures and have forgotten about it and all the trouble I went through to build it (I am a newb)

Anyway, I saw that I made a whopping $5.20 last month, I know it's not much but I also didn't do anything to it. So my question is, am I ready to purchase a fellow BHW members services to increase traffic flow and hopefully get some Adsense clicks?

There is a ton to learn about SEO and unfortunately it doesn't interest me so I want to outsource it to someone on here.

Is there a particular service I want?

Does anyone have recommendations of members here that they had good results with?
