I think the service is getting worse not better. Don't ask me again to send what is off. Look at my first project and you will find that all but one keyword is way off. Most of them are N/A and they can be found on page 1. There is one that says it is #1 when it is actually 25 or so.
How about of instead of adding features (which are great) you work on the ranking problems. With the ranking so far off, how can I trust the new data that has been added. I can't be the only one having this issue. I have emailed you an example right after the last time I posted here and heard nothing at all.
I'll give you one right now.... project WDER the keyword is the only one that starts with a Q Right now the system says that I rank #40 when in actuality I have both the #1 and #2 spots.
Listen, we do not force you to use/help us debug the application.
I already explained that we first expected ~1000 keywords to track for the beta, we have 5.5k+. I am the only investor, and I don't want to spend all my budget in proxies. When we started, I was only using private proxies to update rankings, it was 100% accurate and rankings were double-checked. The service went down because some people created projects with 1000+ keywords (I think you were one of these people). Again, we did not close regs but we switched to public proxies (75% public/25% private). Then, we started getting problems with metrics, people complaining about regional settings, and now, people complaining about accuracy.
We also had problems with scaling (e.g: in the beginning we were storing all serps, within 3 days we had a 7gb sql table, so we decided to store only positions).
Now the system is stable, can support hourly updates, we can implement new metrics in seconds and we can build a distributed tracking network. It's just a matter of money, if I put 800$ in private proxies you will get the most accurate reports in the industry. I can enable 10 minute updates if you can afford it.
I can't give 100% of my time to this project, I also need to bring home the bacon, so I decided to extend the free beta (to July 15), this will give us the time to fix reporting/metric bugs and start testing some new features.
For the launch, I promised :
- A free lifetime standard account (will be based on the standard network, public proxies mixed with 25% private)
- 2 months / premium account :
This one will be on our premium network, with our premium proxies paid with my money.
You will receive 2 codes by mail as soon as it's launched (July 16)

Yes it is, read the above message.
There are many G datacenters, your ranking for a keyword may be different from one to the next.
I have a more basic seo tool type of site, it has the rank checker for like 35 different datacenters or whatever it is (maybe more by now?). haven't maintained it in a while, but this type of service/site seems to take a lot of updating, or the different coders I had try to make that tool more accurate weren't very good.
They have way more than 35 dc, and yes it takes a lot of effort.
