So since we outsource our articles to be written by other writers, could this lead to any seo problems despite being plagiarism free, good researched content etc?

For instance, let's say i outsource my article from seller A, he sends me the articles and then he sends my articles to others when they ask samples for review or maybe he sends me the article, i publish it and then he publishes the exact same content on his blog too, will these cause any seo problems on my site?? or perhaps are there any risks?

All writers who work with me sign a NDA and also to confirm that ownership of work passes to me on completion of payment and may not be used in any portfolio, as a sample or shared anywhere.

If they publish the articles elsewhere, surely this could cause issues....I'd be careful of this for sure.

Whats NDA? and can i also make them sign this or do all the writers on BHW follow this?

and how can we find out if they have used our articles elsewhere or shared as a sample copy? i mean they could subtly do this..

NDA =non disclosure agreement
You can insist a writer adheres and signs these agreements.

I just googled but couldnt find NDA samples for SEO. so as the above guys asked, can you please share template or redacted NDA copy ?

OP this is a common issue and most of the time, the first to index the content always consider unique by Google, this is according to me.

Yes this can happen.The person who gets his article indexed first wins the race and the second guy in this race will face copyrights issues.
