Hello, I'm new at Yandex SEO so I need some basic information.

What is most important/critial on page SEO trends at Yandex?
Is domain names with .RU is high advantage on this search network?
What about localisation, is there any aditional problems?

yea, .RU is very important because Russian, Ukrainian most importantly and other countries using yandex love to localise their search terms. local contents would enable you to rank better
 
Not necessary for RU. It's difficult to sell it (papework deal).

Think you should think about when go with yandex:

unique long optimized articles
comments for articles
quantity of the articles (more means good) with proper linking to each other
timing (normally for popular niche website starts moving in 9-18 months)
mobile optimized

for info-sites (based on articles) you will pay ~$5-$8 per articles using copiraters from freelance services (~6000-10000 chars per article)

I have experience in seo for infosites for yandex (Runet) in medical, soccer, baby health, and other niches.
 
Whenever I do Yandex, I do the following and it work for me.

  1. MatrixNet & Thematic Index – very important
  2. Heading tags – very important
  3. Title tags – very important
  4. Regional domains – important
  5. Keywords in URLs – very important
  6. Internal links – somewhat important
  7. Importance of single pages – somewhat important
  8. Importance of whole domain – very important
  9. Length of content – somewhat important
  10. Anchor text optimization – not important
  11. Domain age – very important
  12. Domain trust – very important
  13. Importance in link diversity – very important
  14. Side-wide inbound links – not important
