SEO Link Monster Case Study

I signed up about 24 hours ago and posted 11 Articles thinking it would go to work immediately posting them. So far ZERO have been posted. I sent a support ticket about 10 hours ago and no reply so far.
As said before, if it was so great, why not keep it private and bank. Also I noticed his main site is not even at the top of google in the UK for the product name, had to hunt for it among all the "review" sites.
And if I'm not mistaken, it renews every 28 days, not every month, nice touch. I can see no way this is worth $150 and will probably be cancelling and continuing on fiverr. At least you get fast work done on there.

To update my experience, I've now got 27 articles posted on different blogs.
The blogs range from PR N/A to one I found which is PR5.
They all look like fresh installs on exactly the same theme with posts going back to Feb 2012. It's a particularly ugly theme too.
Just have to wait and see what the results are.

I Must say I am a bit shocked with the good results, now this could fall back off who knows but the keywords made a big jump
keyword 1: black mold ( was page 11 ranked 110 NOW 21st spot 3rd page )
keyword 2: black mold removal ( was not in google top 200, now 1st spot 6th page )
Keep in mind I don't know if it was SEO Link Monster, or google just re crawling my site, as I added a custom black mold article, a few weeks back and then just today google indexed the new page content, so not sure if it was just on page seo that made it move or the link monster,,, but im thinking seo link monster made it move so much...

Good to hear you're seeing some decent results so far, I agree that it is most likely the off-page SEO that made your site dance and move up in rankings like it has, especially if any of the links ended up on a high PR domain. However, I just wonder how long it will last if the IP diversity is bad and 1200+ links per month are being built on domains that often share the same class C range, not to mention hundreds or thousands of customers all getting these too. Most likely it will work for awhile though before it goes downhill, so please do keep us updated. Thanks!

Not sure where you are seeing that but I wish those were my rankings, but no im at 20th and 30th... if i get 1st page rankings it might be worth it, but so far none.

UPDATE::
Well in the past 4 days it has dropped a bit, was on page 2 and page 4 for both keys, and now moved to page 3 and page 7..... time is ticking 13 days left before the final 30 day report and will report everything then.... march 12th....

I like case studies (if they're worth following). But after reading the first few posts on this one, I just had to jump in and check out the site in question and get a few more details for myself before I made a decision on this. If I'm going to believe a public case study then the only way I'm going to believe it is if I am given solid facts about it, not just vague general statements.
I figured that I would take about five mins and look at the url that this person is trying to rank for and the keywords that ur trying to rank for. And from there, I'll make my decision as to whether or not i'll follow this thread or not
My Conclusion... this is NOT an accurate case study. It was completely tripped up from the start. Here are just five quick things I ran into...
1. Though you registered the domain in mid-2011, you did not do anything with it (publicly) until Jan 2012. I tried to find a little history on the site with The Way Back Machine archives, and there were no past results.
This only happens if the site is brand new.
2. This one was the kicker... Your site is still using the default WP blog theme
3. Oh wait, no this one was the kicker... Your site has ONLY 1 page with content. Out of the five pages that your entire site has, only one of them has content. The other pages in the navigation are blank. Seriously?
4. Your site just started getting any links whatsoever about one month ago. I saw this at a few diff seo backlink analysis sites
5. You're trying to rank for two super competitive keywords:
black mold
black mold removal
These keywords are incredibly hard to rank for. I did a really quick keyword analysis (like 1 min) to figure out how the competition was on these two keywords. That's all it took me to figure out how difficult these words were going to be to rank for, let alone rank for with a brand new site.
The competition is insanely hard. For black mold, you're going up against govrnmnt sites like CDC and the EPA. And huge sites like Wikipedia
I'm sure that I could find other things wrong with this "case study", but after 5 minutes of quick research... there's absolutely no way that this person could ever think that they could rank for such a competitive keyword for a brand new site, competing against major authority sites, using a default WP theme, only having one page with any content (the content was rather poor in itself), and only building links for 1 1/2 months.

It would be cool if there was some sort of "informal" standard for case studies. In real life (not that this is fake life) but say psyche they actually have to test to make sure things are valids via double blinds and what not.

I'm trying this right now also. One of the PR 3 domains that one of my sites was posted to in now suspended. I thought they would have fixed it by now but they have not. A bit disappointing.
