SEO is so hard right now!!!

Whenever something that generates money becomes easy to replicate or scale, it will either saturate or break. It should come as no surprise that if you were able to generate easy money through silly stuff like spamming blog comments or forum profiles that the well would eventually dry up.

Diversify, bro! It's not all that tough to generate traffic if you know how to properly target your market and you know exactly what you want to sell to them. You'll be fine... it's just time to step up your game.

Is your content is unique with more that 25 pages and keyword is optimized any your bank-link is not spamy. Still you face to rank high in Google
 
Well I started in the whole SEO & IM business a couple of months ago, left my job went to the city I wanted to live in and luckily landed a client who needed a site + the whole enchilada done from scratch (had never worked in IM before). I have him on the #1 position for a couple of his keywords and on first place for adwords (per his request). This is an off site business (plumbing to be exact) so it is quite hard to do comparing to a niche or a product in my opinion so all I am doing is concentrating on his online presence (Twitter, facebook, Google +, relevant directories, a few articles, etc), website SEO & keeping an eye out on competition which is very fierce. So for me, since I started post penguin I did not have to adapt as my cup was completely empty to start with and I believe that is how each proyect/campaign should be approached. Yes there's a lot of work to be done, so lets do it with cojones!
 
Have you checked the backlinks to your site currently, they could be hurting your ranking. I had a number of sites on the first page but after the last update they just disappeared. It now more important to build only white hat manual links. If you really want to future proof your business.

A lot of people are targeting high velocity links to no follow platforms. No follow does not pass anchor, at least I believe this is what it was defined for.
 
I think they are eroding their search results a lot, possibly shows how they lost revenue, Google is very compartmentalized, so the spam team maybe harming revenue.

Right now I'm ranking #1 for my keyword (10,000 searches/month, not very many). Took two weeks, all I did was buy some Fiverr SEO. Maybe I should target harder keywords.

In this forum they are great seo blueprints. Try to apply it to your site. You need to invest in your seo hobby.
I bought BMD 5 before 3 years, before 2 years i bought SB. With these tools i am in top 10 of all my niches.
Just apply any SEO blueprint.

Could you pls let us know how many pages your website has? Are you posting content on daily bases. Your niches are adsense based or products based. What your average traffic you r getting from your sites. How many month you take to rank your domain. You post spun content on T1 site for back link. Are you still doing link pyramid backlinks techniques?
 
Slow, constantly and quality manually link building is the key. Also, KW diversity is very important, as it's stated above it's unnatural that 50 links (which are build in a few days) pointing to home page with the same KW.
Be patient, play smart and results are coming.

I dont agree with you... I think most people dont rank their pages because of the first most important step:

- keyword research

You just need some backlinks to rank front page if the keywordS are easy enough.
 
When you're doing SEO, make sure you are VERY PATIENT and NOT AGITATED.

Or shoot 200mg Betaloc ZOK up the hill.
 
That's the thing, automated services are going down hill real fast. Ultimate demon is still useful for social bookmarks and web 2.0's but it's all about the link wheel, quality backlinks on high PR sites, and most importantly patience.
 
Ok just to update, I got one low competition keyword to page 1. It took 4 days of work which is not good. I need a way to create high quality content for my money site in 4 hours and do backlinking for another 4. So 1 low competition keyword for 1 day.
 
yeah they are definitely trying to refine things to prevent people from just spamming and getting to the top. they are trying to use more organic type results which really puts a big wrench in the whole blackhatting
