seo intern

hi, this is shady marshall SEO internee at some software house somewhere in the world where there is no on to lead me. as I am new to this I have knowledge about SEO both on the page and off the page and some of the link building too but I'm starting to implement my knowledge there is the problem. I can't get backlinks from blogs like blogger and tumbler( as I search for expired tumblers).

I have done the following things:

1- listing my business

2- directory submissions

3-created social marketing for my websites

4- web2.0 submissions

5-blogs

but they aren't affecting or I don't know how to rank targeted keywords. plzz help

you work for them and nobody leads you? sounds like a stupid situation.. anyways just look around on the forum there are many tips on how to get backlinks
