seo in website help!

Greetings , I came here with the purpose of getting support and help in information, I need to know the corresponding steps to make a good SEO to my godaddy website. I have done SEO on the page with the keywords towards our target, if we have seen that we have placed ourselves on the 1st and 2nd page but we do not get traffic at all.
On the other hand, it is true that we have not made backlinks for the page or paid publications. For this reason, I am looking for help in these two steps to know which is the correct way to implement these terms to create traffic to our service.

What are the search volumes for these keywords?

We have been in the first positions 1 to 8 I echo with the keywords, the volumes of them are between 0.10k but what I do not understand is that we do not receive anything

You need to target more good keywords , do some good SEO you would surely come with traffic over .
