Seo help!

Hallo there! I want to ask some questions..so:

1)Could you suggest me a good seo service (how much does it take to rank 1st? the domain is only a week old, keyword is a place)
2)If i buy two different seo services, would i google rank faster?
3)Is it good to make fake visits to the site (public proxies)? Could you name a software? (i have proxytool(firefox), tviewer, maybe some others too..)

Could you suggest anything else that will help my site?

to be honest i think these are fake views of the post.... you dont need any seo service and stop wasting money... do it manually and you will see the result in minimum 4 weeks...

It will take minimum of 15-20 days to see your keyword rank , also I would not suggest two different seo services on the same website may be you could try a recurring service.
