I build many content i,m afraid if i build more content or backlinks , google put my site on risk or something

what i understand exactly , doing email marketing is the best way , do you have any app or website that can do email marketing . Not mail champ cuz i dont like it

I think that the first thing that you should do now is take a deep breath. As the others have said, you seem stressed. From what I am seeing here, you are diligent and are taking your online business seriously. Assuming that your content is high-quality and that you don’t have issues like sub-par English holding you down (you may want to give that factor a check), then you should start ranking up at some point in the future.
If that doesn’t happen, then the reason behind it may be one of two things:
1) those 500 backlinks you purchased may in fact not be that good, or
2) Google may have given you a temporary (or long-lasting) slap on the wrist for expanding too quickly.
Either way, you should grit your teeth and weather the storm. You’ve put a lot of work into your website. Just a little bit more won’t hurt, and it may make a lot of difference in the end.

Keep building high quality links, keep posting new and unique content . Try to get traffic from all sources. This basic steps will help you to increase your alexa ranking.
