Let's get this straight---the poster wants the SEO worker to not only make a "guaranteed ranking" promise no one can honestly make (especially site unseen), but also wants him to positively commit to working for free, when (not if) the next Google updates prevent his white hat methods from ranking a site?

It's the reason I ignored. People who have these kinds of demands should better invest their money in PPC.
 
Google went endless scrolling, first page is guaranteed.
