From where i can learn basic seo.

Suppose I am a new ( i am already doing simple link building like local directories submission). But I want to learn complete seo.
From where i should take start.

Look here, many seo strategies are being discussed everyday on this forum. Whatever difficult you come across with, search google.
 
Yep, start searching this forum, reading and soaking the information. Join any conersations, ask questions and soon you will know SEO :)
 
Directory submissions (especially those who charge $5 fr 1k directories) are pretty useles..

For a new site, I'd start with something like - Bookmarks (Mostly with combination of naked urls/raw urls as anchors)

Then some good short articles written (unique) and post them manually on hi pr web properties with relevant images.

Also, make sure that your site has some social presence (create fb page, g+ profile, twitter & instagram) - There's a lot of social media buying sites, where you can get followers, fans etc on Drip feed for as low as 5-10 bucks.

If you are new at SEO, Make sure to read About -

- ON Site SEO Factors On SEOMOZ
- Anchor Text Variation
- Link Velocity & Low OBL
- Creating Quality Links

User Google and BHW to search basic SEO Tutorials, Read basic Ebooks, Read the Google Guideline about SEO. Learn and Practice can make you perfect.

You are right but basically i want information like this

-keywords
-website analysis
etc

Please write me how to take start. Then I will go step by step topic.

We are not doing web directories submission 1k for $5 but we submit in High page rank local directories.

The topic you wrote i think are on level 2

on first level i want to know that for example keywords, website analysis etc

So you are going to create a new thread anytime you take each step?
You have ready answers just look for them.

Once you finish this you can go to some of the major blogs to gather different methods, tactics...If you want to go black hat way read this forum but if you're not expirienced I don't think you should do something you don't know.

You can build link any way you want, there are 100s of tutorials out there. The thing is, I do not like any of these, cause if you have a tutorial to build links, this means those links are crap and anyone can do it.
Anyhow, I this might be interesting read for you, it is http://moz.com/ugc/category/link-building(Moz is something like favorite Google company, and they kiss each others ass)

Just i want an idea
People talk tire link building
now i don't know about these.
You will be wonder that I m in this business for the last 7 years and there are 50 people in my team now.
I started work from vworker, odesk and got good business.
Then on fiverr i started my gig of local directories submission and getting good business.

The negative point is that i have a big team but i did not concentrate on learning.
Even i don't know what is keyword analysis.
Now i am planning to get some knowledge of seo specially link building.
Please guide me.
 
Read,Learn and Do. Soon you will find that all of your questions are answered by themselves. Go and work
 
If you know what to search, Google can provide you with many helpful info about SEO. While you are already on the site, you can search here for topics that you wish to know. If you have things that are not too clear or you cannot understand, you can ask questions here.
 
I learned by doing, making mistakes - learning from them. There's no 1 guide to SEO. Buy a test domain, go nuts or play it safe do what you like and learn from it.
 
Read, read, read & read some more. Then when you think you have read everything... read it again! :)
 
You will find best tuts in lynda.com, choose any tuts and search on google for torrent.
