In my wordpress blog are few different pages with the same title and urls to those pages are looking like these: website.com/name, website.com/name-1, website.com/name-2. Does it have any influence to seo? And is it bad that a few different pages have the same title?

Because as soon as there is an extra character in the URL the SE's treat it as a totally different page.
Only if the content is the same should you worry.
If it's a problem for your visitors then you should create your pages/posts with unique titles.
Don't forget, if you delete a post then re-create it, wordpress will append the -1 / -2 unless you delete it from trash as well before you make the new post.
