SEO For News Aggregation Site

Hi, i am planning to start a custom build news aggregation site like flipboard in this there we will all dynamic pages so how can i do SEO so they will rank for keywords so i get organic traffic.

Articles will be imported automatically to our site by using websites rss feed by the websites owners. and the articles will be displayed in the iframe just like flipboard is doing.

Is there any help in ranking dynamic pages or i need to create separate pages for every article link inserted in our database and then show inside the iframe.

Can i submit my site to google news?
