Many online articles are present over internet about " How to do SEO of blog" read from there and start doing things accordingly. You have to choose long tail keyword targeting your blog so that it can be reach your audience.

Assuming this is an established website, my SEO process looks something like this...

TECHNICAL SEO
This is where my SEO process starts when taking on a new project.

Why?

You might be targeting the best keywords, have a spotless on-page optimization, your content might be written by world-class writers, have the strongest and most relevant backlinks pointing to your site but, if search engine spiders have a hard time crawling and indexing your site, none of the above will matter.

At least, that´s how I see things.
