i think i would focus on keyword research and on page seo first and build a good content around the right keywords and then work on backlinks later.
They should focus on people's demand so that so that their basic like keywords etc so that their skills can be developed to move on to an another step of mastering seo.For someone new to SEO, what should be the first focus?
