SEO for an illegal business?

I am a weed dealer in South Korea, where Marijuana use is highly illegal. Because of this, competing dealers advertise using Twitter, Pinterest, Flickr, Wattpad, and Medium with keywords like "한국 떨 (korea weed)" and "대마초 구매 (purchasing marijuana)."
If I wanted to get on top of those keywords, what would I have to do? Should I make a website unlike the other dealers that use Twitter and Pinterest's search indexing?

You can always present it as a somewhat legal content (informational mostly). Inside you can introduce some CTA that moves you business.

It's never illegal to talk about things (even suicide, weapons, violence, or any other controversial topic), and Mr. G is generally very happy with this.

From there you can move on, by applying any whitehat methods like in any other post about SEO in this forum

You can create 2 websites.
1 - to sell your products.
2 - sharing useful information with ethical content. then you can add a small description linking to the site 1 showing that's where you can purchase good stuff. :):):):):)

You can do SEO to the 2nd site and hopefully will get indexed on plantforms.
 
dark net has its own search engines. Try those. there is no way any mainstream engine worth it salt will let you rank for more than a glitch worth of time.
 
Dealers really trust getting hit up by "customers" from Google searches? What in the absolute f*.. jail must be pretty nice in South Korea.
 
Just rank and rent instead, seems like a less dangerous way of doing things :D Do any of those competitors of yours ship to EU? haha!

Haha! Most dealers will actually leave their telegram ids. After bitcoin payment, the dealer will hide the drugs within 30 minutes of the designated location and give them the coordinates.

This method definitely seems like what the dealer thats currently #1 on Google is using. Thank you very much!

I would go for a parasite like Medium.com if I was in your case. Try targeting local keywords, not just on the South Korea level but city level as well.

That business must be fun to run :)
