Now, I understand how to SEO a website,
Your keywords are defined, now say there is a travel blog.
The keywords are different for every post. And you gotta upload a new post every week. How would you SEO a blog?
The keyword for the domain is only Travel Blog. That's it.

First of all, the niche is Travel of your blog. It is not called the keyword.
When you publish an article on the blog just do the On-page SEO for each post/page.
On-page SEO is all most same for each page/post.

Now, off-page SEO or backlinks are different things. There are many strategies for building backlinks.
It is ideal and best practices to follow whitehat link building strategies.

I know the difference between off page and on page SEO, and I have done On-Page SEO for these websites, and with just that I am ranking at around 20th position for my keywords. What I wanted to know was, the OFF- Page SEO tricks for it. Cause I can't build web 2.0 chains for all my blog posts.
 
Well, do some intensive keyword researching. I suggest that you go for keywordtool.io for this one :) It's the most reliable one I've used so far. Also, make sure you're consistent in providing high quality content :)

But, I would have to still spend time and create backlinks for each post right?
