"Social strengths" and "quality content" have shit-all to do with ranking at this point. Okay, maybe social signals could do a little little bit, but I honesty doubt that. Regarding the quality content, that's only good for a bounce rate. Does bounce rate have any super significant impact on SEO? Not really. CTR is much more important. But back to the question.
Any unique content will do, if it's properly optimized and is long enough. There are a few guides regarding ONsite SEO which you should probably read, they can do quite a lot of difference. Phpbuilt made one or two such threads and even though he is a little bit strict with keyword densities, those threads are really helpful.
Regarding the metrics. I can have 1 backlink and TF of 30 straight away. Will I outrank you? Nah, I don't think so.
Also, if I will ever again see, and hell, I saw it even in some marketplace PBN sale threads, that high CF is good, then I will unleash a shitstorm of fury on the toilet. High CF means that the website is more likely to be spammed. High CF is something you do not want. The higher the CF, the worse is the ratio of quality:quantity of the backlinks, simple as that.
Yes and PA/DA are most of the time just toy metrics. I can spam a domain to hell and back and get a decent DA, they are not always that relevant, even though I use these metrics.
