I agree, Experience matters the most in other fields, but in Internet marketing - it's totally different!

A person with 5 years Experience in SEO is equals or greater than person with below 6 months experience.

Here's how ? To be Honest :

Am into the SEO over 5 years from now, but i've hired few freshers like 6 months before, trained them with basic SEO & i'm jumped into the other offline projects which i own.

Now I feel they're equal or greater knowledge than me by reading new kind of stuffs & they used to spend more hours reading new things than me, So that's their job with me - Im gonna start spending more hours than our boys

Message : Experience doesn't matter - How we spend our own time reading new new things, gaining knowledge, updating our-self to the change - matters the most.
