Summary of Dispute:
On 29th August LEO SEO commented on my HARO Service Thread that he is interested. After some discussion he said he wanted to place a 6-link order, Initially, I sent a payment request for 2 links on Upwork direct contract (Escrow service). On September 7th I delivered both orders. As the payment is from escrow service it requires a confirmation from the client that I have delivered the order, then payment will be released from my end. But he is declining the payment confirmation saying the link is NF.
But In my service thread, I mentioned that HARO links may come from different situations links can be DF, NF, and Sites matrics can differ. Maybe he didn't read the whole service page, and ordered without questioning anything about it.
