SEO Domain with or without S

Hi there,

Got a seo question.

I wanna do a niche web domain EMD.

I see that the EMD with "s" is already being taken

Take for example.

XxxProductbuyerguide.com

I want to take the domain

XxxproductbuyerSguide.com <- with the S

Which is available. If i take this domain, is it rankable? Or will google think its a related domain?

I would not touch that. In a few weeks there will be a new thread with "what are my brand anchors?" Also, check very carefully if it hasn't been used previously. Most EMDs were.

But then that one has already been taken

Therefore i am thinking to take the one without the word "S"
 
It really doesn't matter. So buy the domain and don't show it to anyone ;) Or someone would make it faster than you )
 
It will do but it's better that you would go for brandable domains.

but i always find that brandable name is harder than EMD to rank.

for affiliate busienss, is it wise to do EMD over brandable name domain?
