I suggest to You to pick UP some courses from udemy about Keyword research + On page SEO + SEO Off page, how do SEO For WordPress, How to use expired domaines...

Follow Black hatb SEO On the forum...
Follow blogs of Matthew woudwhard + Brian Dean Backlinko + Moz Blog + Ahrefs Blog + Neil Patel Blog...
That's all what You need to start SEO On 2020, Backlinks are not that important in 2020 all what You have to do is a good Keyword research to avoid Big brands websites + answer the search inent, the more your visitors love your website the more trafic you receive..

You dont need programming and coding to do SEO.

The paid courses are for advanced users. You can find all the important things from Backlinko or some other site. They've youtube videos if you prefer that over reading blog posts. When you understand concepts and done some experimenting, then you need to dig deep into the methods and hacks involved which are not discussed by everyone else. You'll learn more SEO by trying it than reading or watching tutorials.

I think that this forum is the best place to learn basic SEO. But in the beginning it is so hard, you need to learn so many new thing.

UDemy is filled with decent free courses on Digital Marketing and, of course, SEO.
And, check out this site [CLICK HERE] It offers 100% discount codes on Udemy courses. I myself have registered to more than 20 in the past couple of weeks.
Also, this other site, allows you to find and download other courses completely for free. Just search for them and, if it is available, you will be able to download it!.
I also, second what @medosla97 says in regards to following Ahref´s blog and Backlinko. Just by reading their content you will learn a lot about SEO. Personally, I am a freaking fan of Ahref´s YouTube content. Sam Oh does an amazing job there. Check out their playlist.

There´s always room for improvement
But yeah, I often spent a lot of time watching courses on Udemy. I think it´s great to learn basics and fundamentals.
But for practical knowledge? There´s only one place I use as a resource!

I would definitely say study the SEO guide provided by G00gle.
Understanding the foundation of what G00gle is looking for is tantamount to your success.
