so among ur service which one do u think is safest for a genuine site?I don't own the sites in Speed Rank and they're not blog networks.. We broker links on static sites from Russian link exchanges, so yes it is very much public, always has been and clients signing up know this too - they use Speed Rank for churning and burning sites in black hat projects not for long term projects like a PBN would be used for.
