linode.com looks good but takes too much time to set up, it seems that you have to set up an apache server and stuff like that every time?

I have used seohosting.com . They are undoubtedly awesome.

1. My blog network has some serious issue with security and I did have any back up. They got everything up and running in 24 hours of time.

2. The had an outstanding customer care. You can reach then any hour of day and expect a super fast reply and support from them.
 
I use aseohosting.com for more than a year. Excellent service, almost 99% uptime, and real fast response to tickets. I definitely recommend.
 
Don't use Linode, they require justification for additional IPs due to IP shortage.
 
Don't use cclassiphosting.. Down for hours and no way to reach them. Often you have to wait a week for a reply from them..
 
I use Aseohosting.com for my Network for over 1 year now...excellent service and support
 
Stay away from turnkeyhost - utter garbage. All sites down for days at a time and terrible support.

We have an account with cclassiphosting also. They are not great but compared to turnkey host they are a dream come true - that's how bad turnkey sucks.

SeoHosting.com does not offer SEO hosting on a VPS.

We got a server from Singlehop in order to offer SEO hosting on their VM's (same as VPS on a Cloud)
They promised to provide the c-class ips for the purpose and did not come though. They also kept the money. 3 months paid ahead of time. I was shocked to see a reputed server provider like Singlehop act this way.

Strongly recommend against Singlehop, should you take the full server option instead of SEO Hosting VPS

seowebhosting.net offers c-class hosting for very good price but extremely bad response time when it comes to support requests.

serverbalance.com has 18 c-classes total so might not be what you are looking for but service is good and good support.

Aseohosting.com the absolute best we have ever used. On average a 3-5 minute response time to tickets.
