SEO C-Class IP - VPS hosting Recommendations?

Seohosting.com does not offer root access as they offer only shared hosting with dedicated ips.
seowebhosting.net offers c-class hosting for very good price but extremely bad response time when it comes to support requests.
serverbalance.com has 18 c-classes total so might not be what you are looking for but service is good and good support.
Aseohosting.com the absolute best we have ever used. On average a 3-5 minute response time to tickets.

you get 1 by default you can order more tho (1 ip for 1$)
And the best thing is they have a support team that take care!
On the root access thing: yes you have root since your the administrator of your system, (the system comes blank)
Ip thing: its your private unique ip(s)..
Ps: I'm happy to setup your vps server for a price
(control panels etc...)Note that there very very fast and good!

try switchseo.com they are very good and its only $1.99 a month
They don't look serious at all. The FAQ page has nothing, the forum is almost empty, if you click in the blog link, it takes you to an unfinished template... no, they don't look reliable.

Aseohosting are the best and you can have root acces if you take a dedicated server, but it's a bit expensive. They dont do VPS.
The only ones that are great and do VPS are switchseo/leapswitch. They ARE serious, second best after aseohosting.
I use both.

Stay away from classiphosting and ideastack. Both are horrible! My sites wouldnt even index on their IPS. I think their IPS get banned but regardless, their support was horrible!

What reason would one want VPS C class hosting over shared (dedicated ips)?
How many ips you are looking for and what is your price point.
I can make recommendation based on your needs.
Would a price point of mediatemple [dv] + $1 per c class ip make sense to you?
Or $2 per dedicated ip(that includes cost of hosting) + $15 for cpanel/whm VPS makes sense?
