SENUKE Backlinks and IFTTT

Hi fellow black hatters,

I have seen people discussing about GSA a lot for Tier 2 and Tier 3 links building.
I would like to know if Senuke is still effective for backlinks for Tier 2 and Tier 3.
Also is IFTTT syndication any good with regards to seo and ranking in google?

I think you didn't get my question, I am not sure if I should use SENUKE campaign or not so I am asking help and suggestions about how does Senuke compared with GSA for Tier 2 and 3?
