I been searching for a tool to both send hits with proxies and also send a package of postdata in that. So like any other youtubeviews-increaser tool but with a postdata option.

I need this tool for increasing votes in a competion

    any help would be awesome
    thanks

Sounds like CURL would work well for you. Much easier than anything else though, You would need to code it yourself though if there isn't a bot / script already made for that site.

You can use PHP or JAVASCRIPT to do this, I don't believe there are many other ways of doing this web-based, I know you can do it with VB/C# etc. It all depends on what you already know etc.

By CURL people normally mean the library (libcurl).

If you can't program at all you might want to take a look at the application curl which can do postdata upload (actually nearly everything the library can do).
It's part of nearly every linux distribution but probably also available for windows.
