5-6 daily looks like normal and then increase to 8-10 and then 20 max for new account's

You can send 20–30 messages, but avoid sending too many at once to prevent warnings.

Sending too many messages or making friends too quickly in a day can easily get you limited, especially with new accounts. Every day, you should send about 5-10 messages, make 5-10 friends, and gradually increase according to trust. With old accounts, you can increase that amount, but you should still keep a natural rhythm to avoid being flagged.
