How many messages and add to friend can I make in a day and not get banned? (rules about new and old users) I want repeting my actions everyday or almost everyday.

when you send in large quantity, you will get the first warning. that is when you should reduce the frequency of sending messages, otherwise the account is very easy to be marked as spam and banned

For new accounts, somewhere in the neighbourhood of 5 to 10 a day. Older accounts, upwards of 50 but you might want to keep it a lot less than that to, say, 20-30 max. For messages, it's 30-50 a day at most but go for the lower end of that for the time being. Try not to spam messages or hit that cap in like an hour, spread it out whenever possible.
You can send unlimited messages to people you know, provided you don't send too many at once. Divide the number of messages in a day and over time to ensure your account is safe. If you do it regularly, Facebook won't report it as spam or unusual activity.
