Will there be any issue if huge traffic is directed to adsense monetised blog/website through AdWords ?

( A guy is offering me traffic through AdWords and he want to split the adsense revenue )

Afaik adwords doesn't allow landing pages with any ads in it. If the guy is funneling and the traffic is 100% safe and not any bot traces ,then adsense should be fine with it. If you had organic traffic before then even better for trust issues..

No. There would be no issue with this as Google owns both properties (Adsense + Adwords).
In fact, that's probably one of the safest ways to get traffic to your website.

If traffic is sent to youtube through adwords ?
Can i put ads in those videos ?

Ask yourself, why wouldn't you be able to send traffic to youtube or any website with adwords? It's literally an advertising platform meant to direct people to other places on the web..
