sending bulk emails without getting blacklisted!

hi everyone, i would like to know one way to send bulk emails without getting blacklisted! my emails are legit, i have dedicated server with 4 IP's since 10 years ago and hosting couple of websites but my mail server IP blacklisted , i had this problem since long time ago and couldn't find solution, i always have been avoiding sending bulk emails to my own real subscribers because my IP's always get blacklisted from sending very few messages, i wonder how all these websites handle their emails! im not newbie everything set up correctly SFP and DKIM and dmarc and all, most of my emails are transactional emails, like sign up confirmation and forgotten passwords and such, im struggling real hard with my users,
so i came here to black hat forum to find underground way to fix this issue, i hope someone can help me and tell me how i can avoid blacklist, please i dont need advices or such, i need real permanente fix, i already have been searching the whole websites in google to find way out but no real fix..

Your Emails are legit and you still get blacklisted that means your list is not what your expecting. Things to avoid.
1) Never ever use same IP for mailing + websites ( In your situation specially )
2) Use SMTP
3) Increase your IPs with Rotation.
4) There is no permanent fix until you have proper sending system.

Good luck.

Just use AES with a legit domain and make sure the emails pass through never bounce first.

Use/do those 4 things and you’ll be fine. I’ve started with a domain from scratch and sent out thousands of emails with no issue.

thank you for your suggestions @xcodes, i don't know how to use IP Rotation, or how to set them up and how to integrede them into my websites script, do you have more info about IP rotation?

i already tried to use amazon SES but they have limit only 200 email per day, i asked to increase that limit but they refused, any gmail user can send more than 200 per day, that's just a joke

First of all its too much technical work when you want to work on both websites and email marketing on same server. My Honest suggestion try to maintain 2 Dedicated servers
1st Server for all your websites
2nd server for Email Marketing only ( 30 Ips can handle 500k emails per day ) ( Note no normal server allows email marketing you need to have bulletproof which allows Mass mailing and cold mailing ) And such server will cost you monthly 400$.). You need to hire someone who can IP rotation for you.

You're doing something wrong because the default SES limit is 10,000 a day. Like I said, I was on a fresh domain and was able to send thousands of cold emails to high authority company emails.

still can't find solution for this some hosting companies refered me to some companies online who can help me to whitelist my IP and make sure my emails go through without any issue but they ask for too much money $1500 setup fee and $400 monthly!...im trying to find way to bypass spam filters so my emails go through no matter what...
and i do not care if it legal or not since my emails are legit

Amazon SES + Mautic. I’m not sure where this 200 limit is coming from, but maybe get an american VPN and try again. SES is the backbone to the majority of email campaigns now and like I said I used a 100% fresh domain before to send out thousands of emails to giant corporations like IBM

@hreyhrey there was as i said 200 per day limit on my SES account.
i need to send millions of emails a month, i don't think SES will accept this fact.

Yes they will, you just need to get a legit SES account. When I opened my SES account, my limit was 10,000 and easily scalable to hundreds of thousands +

Have you scraped these emails or they opted in? If they are scraped, you need to deep clean them as they may have spam traps.

How would you deep clean them?
