send funds without payoneer card active??

Hi everybody. (Sr my english is not good)
I registered a payoneer account but it take so long to receive card.
So I just want to ask if I can send funds from my payoneer account to another before I active my card.

Nope you can`t since it will ask you for your credit card number. but if the card is taking long you can pay about 80$ to receive it with DHL and usualy it takes 3-5 business days
