Send Adwords trafic

So,

I need someone to send traffic to a website from a new or old adwords account on a keywords list that I have. I'm too n00b to make a new account and add a damn voucher cause I can't find VCC, IP's etc.
Basically I'm looking for a long term business relationship so I won't deal with beginners.

Yes. I agree I'm new but I'm NOT going to be cocky and expect things for free or in advance so I'm willing to build trust and pay upfront if the person is right.
