SEMrush or AHrefs or Something Different for new Blog Site?

Hey,

I'm struggling to decide on what software to subscribe too. I've watched many SEO videos on YouTube. It seems that some people prefer AHrefs and some prefer SEMrush.

I have two new blog sites, one for a free Instagram engagement app and the other for domain investments. Neither of them has any backlinks. They are about 2 months old.

What would be the best option for me? Or is there any other software that can do what AHrefs/SEMrush can do? (I currently have Hike on lifetime)

My goal is to find good backlinks and to find what content to write about.

if you have the billions of $$$ that Ahrefs wants per month then go for it! Ahrefs is still the better tool (because they have more data), but they're expensive as fuck.

If you can't afford Ahrefs, Semrush is the next best thing. Some people say that Semrush is even better than Ahrefs when it comes to keyword research (not so much for backlinks analysis, though), so...

for backlink analysis Ahrefs, for content research... hmn, I think both are good.
 
Ahrefs starts at 85eur.
SemRush starts at $129.

Is the Lite Ahrefs not good?
 
Both SEmursh & Ahrefs provide an effective analysis for the website, But you must choose the premium version of these tools so you can able to use the fullest Features of this tool,

I personally Suggest SEMrush, Because Comparatively Is Affordable.
 
Ahrefs is better than the others tools but its very expensive, if you can afford it go for Ahrefs
Semrush is great too, you can go for either one of them
 
In short: if you are starting out as you've mentioned, go for SEMrush.
 
If you want something similar to SEMrush and Ahrefs, you can go for Ubersuggest. It also has 7 days free trial. Cheapest plan starts from $12/month, which is much less compared to the other 2 services.
