Semi-automatic Tool for Link Request

i'm Paolo from Italy and this is my first post on Black Hat World, that I follow since some months.

My question is:
Is there a SEO Tool for Mac OS or cross-platform(online) that give me emails of a list of target website?
Or, even better, is there a SEO Tool that give me a list of website with owner's emails starting from one or more keywords?

Scrapebox does this but i don't think it's mac enabled. You could get someone to do a few lists for you though.

i want to get emails from the people that like tillys and no fears pages.
that is in are target area.. can anyone do this...
