Selling starter sites on Flippa without theme licenses?

I see people on flippa selling brand new starter sites for $50 with several premium plugins and themeforest theme. Does this mean Flippa doesn't care if you list 100 sites using a nulled betheme with all the plugins?

Flippa probably cares to some extent but they don't really have the ability to run comprehensive background checks on every listing and software included with websites being sold.

A buyer should do the due diligence.

Most of the sellers at flippa use themes/plugin what they claim to have developer rights(never verified it though), meaning they have rights to install those on unlimited sites.
However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to run behind the seller for future updates and it varies from seller to seller regarding the updates.

Buyers caveat. If there's a willing buyer, why not?

Its done by so many of the big site flippers as it would cost so much with small margins to buy all those themes. I do see them using a multi theme now that allows lots of good fresh designs from on install cant remember that name buy check Theme Forest easy to find.

Flippa buyers are really savvy now 5 years ago I could sell a magazine style site for $150 easy now they are going for $10!

I tried again to do this business model of stack them high sell them cheap but it doesnt work unless you have amazing feedback already bit like eBay Ughhhhhh buyers are a nightmare

I tried a cheapo $3 domain put up a hosting site and got $15 hahhaaaaa

Flippa have also changed their listing to $19 again so its doesn't make sense unless you put reserve on then that stops bids!!!

Adult sites seems to sell well with a good theme and upload some products done. Takes about a day I've never tried this yet...

ive had a few sites on flippa that have not sold. Have thought about selling adult sites as i have a unlimited site license for the theme/plugin I have ive also seen people on SEO clerk selling tubesite creation for $15 a pop for what i know would take half an hour to create so could sell own sites and also create for others there for eg $10 and undercut
I have my own hosting so have tried offering a years free hosting with $10 annually after that to entice buyers. With regards to themes and plugins on site i bought i have had a few (like auto blog) but i ended up paying the monthly fee to keep them uptodate (and also as option to create more and flip)
My motto is always assume there will be some sort of additional cost on any starter site (thats why their so cheap) you will have to spend to make your own as within days the exact same site will be on flippa again under a new domain

flippa sucks. period. you won't sell anything unless you buy a premium listing with more exposure. Flippa is a waste of time without buying that.

I have only sold sites by offer after the auction ends and than I make buyer pay me off Flippa. 15% f*ck that. sorry ranting

Flippa is crap. Only way to sell a site on there is to pay like 200$ for there listing upgrades. If your selling a starter site, or anything else. Its a waste of time. I've sold few sites on there this year for a few grand. Other than th at I hate it. I have a few sites now, I was having trouble selling that I should get like $100-200 easy, but unless I purchase upgrades, they wont sell.

Flippa really doesn't care. The way they cover themselves is they tell buyers to do their due diligence. I can't tell you how many terrible sites I've seen on there that have sold.

It's near to impossible for Flippa to check each listing.
