Yes, you are not allowed to do it. You can get away with a few sales but they will remove you listings after a few orders. I used to do this back in 2012 and I was almost the only one selling twitter followers and youtube views there (almost 5000$ per month profit). I became a top rated seller and after 5 months boom. they removed my listings.

? List your items only in the Everything Else > Information Products category.
? You have to own the copyright to the content or have been authorized to sell the product."
Since you don't own the copyrights to "facebook likes" or "youtube views", you will get your listings pulled eventually...

Anyone knows if its allowed to sell services like "I promote your brand / product via social media" ?
That would still be intangible goods. Sounds like something like that would sell better on places like facebook anyways...
