What platform do you use to sell shoutouts or do you just use a pp checkout?

Try to contact useres via Dm. Don't contact random useres. Look for accounts that could be interested in your audience and niche.

PayPal is demonstrably fine. I have sold over $100k worth of shoutouts transacted through paypal and never once had a problem. Other than PP there are buyers for shoutouts on sites like Fiverr and similar.
