I like the last part. Where seller have zero protection against:
1. Payments from stolen PP/eB accs;
2. Payments from stolen CCs added into PP acc (and after few days/weeks - chargeback);
3. Payments from stolen Bank accs (it's called
Lastschrift and PP is used just for gateway; scammer only enters bank code + date of birth, and that's it - transactions goes; and chargeback after few days from the bank);
4. Unauthorized transactions 1.5 years later for payments made for some goods (in or outside of eB);
5. Payments made with stolen smartphones who have downloaded and attached eB/PP apps and used (from the original owner) too much, so the hijacker order goods from his phone, his cookies, his browsing, etc.;
6. Original owners of PP/eB accs who use
proxies/VPNs/TOR to pay using their own accs, and after few days claim their money back (as "unauthorized transactions"; so PP don't see their original IP, nor original cookies, they use other Chrome profile ofc);
7. - 20. ? so many other ways that I even don't want to write. Sick of 'em.
If people really want to keep scamming to minimum - then humans not needed to be born. Animals don't scam each other, right?
