It's the 3rd time one of my proxies went down and I have to click "use proxy" for a new one in the search list. I don't like this. Please provide stable proxies, and also the most important part, please inform me by mail when my proxy went down!!
Nobody keeps a close eye on all proxies everyday, I don't like that it's already 3 or 4 days when I found out one proxy was down!

All proxies are working fine right now. I believe it's not just me, well sometimes proxies go down, as long as it's not large amount of them all dead at the same time, I'm OK with it. And to be honest, I'm satisfied with your service for the last few months. The problem is, each time when a proxy went down nobody inform me so, I don't want to keep checking my proxy status one by one each day. Would you please at least send a mail to inform me when proxies went down?
I've sent you a mail concerning this problem before, but got no reply. So this time please update your system so that we can receive notification mail when something went wrong.

Hello,
The discount will apply as long as you will keep your montlhy subscription active. Be sure you will chose " Enable auto - renewal for this orders " when you make the payment, otherwise no subscription will be created and you will lose your proxies at the next billing cycle.

Here is a short update to our services, we modified a few things in our network and I want to let everyone know that starting with today you will be able to have 4 simultaneous connections per proxy instead of two. We also allow usage of port :8080 which allow you to use our proxies with Proxifier.

I have emailed you twice now about purchasing IPv6 proxies that we talked about a while ago. I'm going to need them next week and I still have never received a response from you. I don't no whether their is a problem with you receiving my email or if I'm not getting yours, but hopefully we can figure this out here. Feel free to PM me or respond here.
Since I was so happy with the first 25 proxies I 've just bought another 20 (and hoping for another 5 for free

Unfortunately our discounts apply only per order basis thus we cannot help you in making a discount based on overall quantity or anything like that.
Please login to your account and go to " Search Proxies " under " My account " and press " Use Proxy " in order to select your bonus proxies from our proxies list cause you got another 5 bonus proxies for your today order.
