I tried to order a single proxy but it told me that there was a minimum of 4 proxies. I thought there was no minimum? Also, do you get a new proxy every month if setup automatic billing? Thanks!

Hey thanks for that, however I do have a slight problem, of those 25 proxies I now have only 17 passed the Scrapebox test, the other 7 had Error 404 Connection timed out, 1 just had Error Timeout . Of the 17 that passed 3 have quite high time (above 3500) is there any way to exchange those 11 proxies? Or at least the 7 that don't work?

doesn't get better than this service - plus support is gr8

wish more service providers from BHW were as responsive as Unr3al.

Michael helped me on the live support just a few minutes ago because I was having problems configuring my VPN. He connected to my PC via TeamViewer and set it all up for me within a matter of minutes. The service of this company is top notch!:)

I can see in the member area that my order is "complete" however I have not had any emails from you. Also I can see the IP's assigned to me but I only see 10, I should have 12 correct?

Also as I don't have any emails with a setup guide etc could you please tell me what I have to do now in order to start using the 12 ips?

P.S When is live support online? Its been offline for quite some time now :P
